MY STORY

PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY

For over 13 years, I've been immersed in the field of training, development, design, and leading global training programs and projects, with the last 6 years spent at one of the largest software companies in Bulgaria - VMware.

The corporate world is familiar to me - deadlines, processes, budgets, priorities, presentations, strategies, and more. However, what has always been at the heart of my work is the individual person and their story.

I encountered coaching in 2017 and was deeply impressed by the results a client can achieve after just a few sessions. In 2020, I successfully completed the first level of my coaching practice, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and have been practicing professionally ever since.
